Graphic novel lovers, this one's for you! Join us each month as we read and discuss a different graphic novel, have fun, and work to build a community of graphic novel enthusiasts. For students in grades 4 and older.
All 15 participants to register will receive a free copy of the book, generously provided by the Friends of the Library.
Book Summary:
All oldest sister Abby wants is to spend more time with her friends, far away from the sticky fingers and snooping eyes of her annoying brothers and sisters. But when a case of the chickenpox leaves the Lai kids covered in scratchy red spots and stuck at home together for two weeks of nonstop mayhem, Abby thinks this might be the end...of her sanity. Yet she feels at least somewhat responsible for the situation since her best friend was Patient Zero and brought chickenpox into the house to begin with.
Will the itch to escape her siblings overwhelm Abby, or will she realize that being a big sister isn't all that bad?
