A free, student-led tech workshop for middle school students who want to explore high school career pathways from students who've been there.

InspirEd-Tech is the first in a series of fun and inspiring programs designed just for middle school students. It's run by a group of dedicated high school students and their nonprofit organization, NextUp_ar, who want to help younger students like you explore your interests and learn about exciting future careers. 

Through hands-on activities, guest speakers, and interactive workshops, you'll get the chance to :

  • Discover what you're passionate about
  • Learn about different career paths- from science and technology, to medicine, business, and more
  • Hear from real professionals about what they do
  • Get support and advice from high school mentors who have recently been where you are now. 

Whether you're curious about the future or just want to try something new, this is a good place to start. It's all about helping you dream big, explore new ideas, and build confidence in your future! 

Capacity limited to 70 persons.

Bentonville Public Library is a department of the City of Bentonville. Bentonville Public Library is located just 3 blocks south of the Downtown Square, at 405 S. Main Street in Bentonville, Arkansas. Facility amenities include adult collection, children's and teen spaces, private study rooms, event spaces, makerspace and digital lab, genealogy research center, sensory and wellness room, business centers, book club lounge, and café.
