This workshop series is led by teen volunteer Ava Sophia. She is a senior at Bentonville West High School and is participating as a Law & Public Policy student at Ignite Professional Studies. As the Distinguished Young Women of Arkansas for 2025, she is passionate about inspiring individuals to be the best version of themselves and is excited to launch this program as a way to teach valuable skills that will serve youth in all areas of their lives. Ava Sophia's experience participating in activities such as Speech & Debate, DECA, Model United Nations, and serving in organizations like Dress for Success, has taught her valuable lessons and skills that she looks forward to sharing throughout this program.
