Topic: Managing Your Legacy

Join Certified Elder Law Attorney, Todd Whatley and Certified Financial Planner, Ian Weiner for an educational event designed to help you protect your assets, avoid probate, and plan for the high costs of nursing home care.

If a Will is your only planning tool, this is a must-attend session—you’ll learn why that may not be enough and how comprehensive planning can make all the difference.

If you're looking ahead to the possibility of placing a loved one in a nursing home, this event is especially important. Many families are surprised to learn that it’s possible to qualify for nursing home Medicaid even with substantial assets—but only with the right legal and financial guidance.

Take control of your future and your family’s peace of mind—join us to learn how.
