Art Fight Drop-In Session
Tuesday, July 14
5:00pm - 7:00pm
Art Fight is an annual art trading competition where teams earn points by gifting art of their opponents' original characters. Ages 13 through Adult.
The fight is on! Are you team Comedy, Mystery, or Tragedy?
Art Fight is an annual art game that lasts for 1 month, beginning every July. Artists can register during or before the fight to join in. Each year, participants are split into themed teams. Players "attack" people of the opposing team by making art of original characters belonging to members of the other team. The artist that receives the attack can then counter that attack by drawing the character belonging to the person who attacked them, or pay it forward by attacking a different person on the other team. At the end of the month, the team with the greater score wins! Art Fight's goal is to celebrate characters and encourage giving back to fellow creators, and to create a positive environment where artists of all skill levels can participate and make art for one another!
Join us in the Makerspace for help with registration, creating and submitting attacks, and more! We have the resources you need in order to make fantastic art, just bring your own creativity.
Art Fight is for ages 13+ only.
