Supplies are limited and registration is required. This program includes consumption of food products, so please beware of any allergens. This class is open to Adults 18+.
About the Presenter: Jenny Davidson is one of the co-founders of DDR BBQ Supply, which is a family-owned business located in Garfield, AR. Owners, Brian and Jenny, both native Texans, bring a lifetime of BBQ passion to the business. Brian has over 35 years of experience smoking meats and competes regularly in KCBS and IBCA competitions, while Jenny, who grew up working in the restaurant industry, brings a trained palate and operational insight that helps guide every product they carry.
