Join Brandi Schneider from the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education in a discussion about common changes in memory and cognition that occur as we age and get your questions answered about what is normal and when it's time to be concerned.  We'll also discuss effective strategies for maintaining brain health and reducing your risk for cognitive decline.
