In the fifth event of the Navigating the Golden Years series, we will discuss the importance of self-care for caretakers.  

About our Presenters:

Brandi Schneider, LMSW is the Director of Aging Services and Administration for the Schmieding Center in Springdale, AR.

Jamie Spurling, LCSW, SRES is a Real Estate Agent and Downsizing Specialist with Lighthouse Group NWA - Keller Williams.
