In the first event of the Navigating the Golden Years Series, we will discuss the importance of the patient and caretaker making medical decisions together in the interest of overall health and wellbeing.  Dr. Andres Lazarte, founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Basis Health will discuss the process with attendees.
