Children ages 6-12 are invited to be part of our Tiny Art Show! Register for a free canvas, paint it at home, then bring it back to the library to be displayed throughout the month of October.
Registration begins September 1 and will remain open while supplies last.
Due to high demand, canvases not picked up by Saturday, September 10 will be offered to children on the waiting list, unless other arrangements are made.
Full Details:
1. Create a piece of art using the medium of your choice (paint, color pencils, etc.). If you use paint, please ensure that it is completely dry before returning it to the library.
2. Please do not use any canvas other than the one provided. Do not frame your canvas.
3. You can choose the subject of your artwork, but please keep it family friendly.
4. If it is unclear, draw an arrow on the back of the canvas indicating the correct orientation (i.e. This side up).
5. Bring your finished artwork to the library by September 30.
6. Art will be on display from October 1 - 31. If you wish to keep your artwork after the art show, please pick it up by November 5.
7. By submitting your art, you are giving Bentonville Public Library permission to publicly display, photograph and promote it.
