Starting at 9am, register for a free canvas, paint it at home, then bring it back to the library to be displayed throughout the month of April! For children ages 6-12.
Children ages 6-12 are invited to be part of our Tiny Art Show! Register for a free canvas, paint it at home, then return it to the library to be displayed throughout the month of April.
Registration will remain open while supplies last.
Please note: Due to high demand, canvases not picked up before Monday, March 9 will be offered to patrons on the waiting list.
Full Details:
1. Create a piece of art using the medium of your choice (paint, color pencils, etc.). If you use paint, please make sure the canvas is completely dry before returning it to the library.
2. Please do not use any canvas other than the one provided. Do not frame your canvas.
3. You can choose the subject of your artwork, but please keep it family friendly.
4. If the orientation of your artwork is unclear, draw an arrow on the back of the canvas to indicate the correct orientation (arrow pointing up and the word up).
5. Bring your finished artwork to the library by March 31.
6. Art will be on display from April 1 - 30. If you'd like to keep your artwork after the show, please pick it up by May 9.
7. By submitting your art, you are giving Bentonville Public Library permission to publicly display, photograph and promote it.
