Northwest Arkansas Genealogical Society Monthly Public Meeting
Northwest Arkansas Genealogical Society Monthly Public Meeting
The program will be Southern Church Records and Their Use in Family History Research presented by Russell P Baker. Due to its chronic loss of public records, many parts of the South are “records deserts,” making family history and genealogical research difficult. Local churches and other religious organizations often have birth, death and marriage information. Where to find such records and how to use them is the theme of this discussion.
The public is welcome.
