Kick off National Be Your Best Self Week with the 2025 Distinguished Young Woman of Arkansas! Join Ava Sophia as she leads an inspiring presentation on the five pillars of Be Your Best Self, encouraging young people nationwide to commit to excelling in areas such as academics, physical and mental well-being, ethics, character, and social and civic participation. By embracing the BYBS message, young people gain valuable tools to face challenges like negative peer pressure and learn the importance of setting and striving for goals.
